Interestingly, he leads by example. Best of all, he does it while being a great guy. Spend some time reading his blog postings , viewing his vlogs, and studying his gracious advice in user groups, and you will have to agree. And we've all heard the saying, "Behind every great blogger/vlogger is a great woman." Well, Steve's wife, Carol, is not quite behind him, but she is behind, and in front, of the camera. Together they make a great team.

BUT ... none of this would have been possible without Steve's mom, Millie Garfield. Millie, the "My Mom" in My Mom's Blog is simply AWESOME!

Millie, billed as one of the world's oldest bloggers, offers her down-to-Earth perspective on life (including product usability reviews for all you B2B and B2C aficionados) with eye-opening clarity. She is truly a gem.

Millie, your efforts in the blogosphere are tremendous and much-appreciated. Thank you so much for taking the risk, venturing out, and doing us all a great favor.
