NanoBonding®: Who Needs Oxygen?

    Most familiar forms of heat generation are aerobic reactions. The NanoBond® process is anaerobic, which makes it fit for some unusual heating applications. One very good use of NanoFoil® is as a heat source in a vacuum. Since NanoFoil does not require oxygen, and since it does not outgas, it is perfect for such a process.

    I’m still waiting for an application for underwater solder bonding. NanoFoil would be an interesting solution!
