It's official, Tim and my workshop on Halogen-Free Assembly will be at "SMTAI" on Monday August 18, from 8:30-11:30 AM. The details can be found under "SMTAI Tutorials". Scroll down to session T21.
We believe this is the first workshop on this controversial topic. Steve Gold recently weighed in with a piece "Fighting the Halogen Free Farce". Although it may be easy to agree with many of Steve's points, halogen-free is happening. We want to help you to be prepared.
